Cornerstone Management Group is a professional property management company with over 10 years of experience in Central America. Cornerstone is one of the few companies in Nicaragua who specialize in association management for homeowners and developers.

Our staff is bilingual and professional. Our attention to detail is the key to our success. We are people oriented and your concerns are our concerns. The owners, Janice and John-Marc Gallagher, have owned and operated Granada Property Services in Granada, Nicaragua for the past three years. Before that, they had a very successful property management company in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Combined, they have a total of 40 years in the hospitality business, both in the United States and Central America.
