For our property owners, we understand what it takes to maintain a property in optimal condition...professional property management. We are new to San Juan del Sur but not to Nicaragua. We have had over ten years of property management experience in Central America; four of those years in Granada, Nicaragua. Our in-house maintenance staff will ensure that everything is in working order while our office staff keeps you up-to-date on the status of your home.
