Hacienda Iguana is one of only two golf courses in Nicaragua and even the most experiences players find it fun and challenging.
The condo is located on the second floor of the complex and offers stunning views of the ocean. There is nothing like relaxing on the balcony, sipping a cold drink and listening to the surf. The living area is comfortable and is surrounded by windows so you have a view wherever you look. The dining table will seat six and the fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing full meals or just light snacks.
There are two bedrooms and two full baths in the unit. There is also a third room which can sleep an additional two persons. The condo is large and very comfortable with air conditioning throughout. For your enjoyment, there is a large community pool and large rancho right on the beach and for your peace of mind, 24 hour security.
The golf course consists of nine holes, some very challenging. The views from many of the greens are spectacular. The course is also a bit narrow with lots of trees so bring plenty of balls! There is a golf shop as well as rental clubs for your use.
