Solar-powered Home Overlooking Playa Maderas
Casa Quinta La Paz is a private, solar-powered home offering gorgeous views of the Nicaraguan coastline. It is located a few kilometers north of San Juan del Sur, approximately 20 minutes from town by car. The house is perched atop a hill and is accessible via a private road. Playa Maderas, one of the most popular surf spots in Nicaragua, can be seen from the house and is just a short two minute drive away. Playa Marsella and Playa Majagual are also just minutes from the house and both beaches make for great places to surf, snorkel, sunbathe, and take quiet walks against golden sunsets.
Casa Quinta La Paz is the perfect place for a relaxing, environmentally-friendly vacation. The entire house is powered by solar panels located on the roof. Energy generated during the day is stored via the house’s own power system and is sufficient to allow for the enjoyment of all of the home’s electric amenities at night. The infinity pool, just outside the front door, is one of the loveliest in the San Juan del Sur area. The master bedroom, with king-sized bed, faces the ocean and allows guests to take in breathtaking sunsets every afternoon. The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as bunks tucked in the corner, comfortably sleeping four. A smaller, third bedroom also offers a queen bed. The European-style bathroom is split amongst two rooms; the second with a spacious shower and vanity.
